Comcast Goofs, Shows Porn During Super Bowl

Mon, Feb 2nd, 2009

"Wardrobe malfunction" gets a new meaning: Instead of the exciting end of last night's Super Bowl, some of Comcast's (CMCSA) cable subscribers in Tucson were treated to about 30 seconds of porn, including full male nudity -- a clip from Club Jenna, a cable channel.

"I just figured it was another commercial until I looked up," viewer Cora King told the Arizona Daily Star. "Then he did his little dance with everything hanging out."

Arizona Daily Star: It is unclear how many viewers were affected by the clip, which lasted about 30 seconds, and featured full male nudity, said Kelle Maslyn, a Comcast spokeswoman.

“We are mortified by last evening’s Super Bowl interruption, and deeply apologize to our customers for the inappropriate programming,” Maslyn said in a statement. “We are aggressively investigating the situation including the possibility of foul play.”
