Gmail Labs destroys multitasking with multiple inboxes

Continuing its renewed full-frontal assault on e-mail competitors, Google has released an experimental new "multiple inboxes" feature for Gmail. Users can now enable extra inbox panes to display things like custom searches or specific labels alongside the inbox. It is yet another intriguing addition to Gmail's Web-based innovation, but it isn't without some drawbacks, especially for multitaskers and road warriors.
