When it comes to simplicity, it's hard to beat an app with just one button. Yet, as stripped down as it may appear, Here I Am from Gareth Townsend deserves a place on your home screen.
When you fire up the app, it starts to locate you via GPS. As the location is refined, you can click the one and only button ("eMail"). Doing so will launch a new e-mail and paste in a link to your location via Google Maps. There isn't much more to it than that. You can set a defaults for the e-mail address and subject line by going to your iPhone settings (Home Screen -> Settings -> Here I Am).
