Slacker Radio Puts Customizable Streaming Tunes on iPhones - Lifehacker

iPhone/iPod touch only: Slacker Radio, a streaming radio/favorites service similar to Last.fm and Pandora, hits the iPhone with a dedicated app offering some neat tools to customize streams.

Working off the same backbone as Slacker's main site, Slacker's radio app is fairly straightforward, and has the same limitations as its brethren—no background-playing on the iPhone/iPod touch, skipping only allowed for a maximum of 5 songs at a time. Slacker also throws in short audio ads on every sixth track, but all those limitations (except the background app issue) can be removed with a $3.99/month membership.
